Our Founder

Born in Wellington, New Zealand, Donna Craddock emigrated to the United States in 2000 and eventually settled with her family in Knoxville, TN in 2013. As a naturalized citizen herself, Donna appreciates the cultural differences of the many diverse languages to meet clients needs. Donna brings to the company many years’ experience in the service industry and in particular the Interpretation industry.
